Sunday at the Park

Uncle Richard helping Ellie with the monkey bars.

"I'll go if you will go."

Braxton and Ellie

We spent Sunday afternoon at Mulberry Park with my family. The kids wore us out! Swing, slide, swing, slide, doggie (Ellie), swing, slide, doggie (Ellie)! I think you get the picture!

To say Ellie loves dogs, is an understatement! No matter where we are, what kind of dog it is, Ellie wants to go see it and hug it! When we were at the park, she walked up to a Doberman. Luckily, it was a nice Doberman.
Oh, she also got to pet a snake on Saturday...thanks to Greg and Daddy! Yes, I was freaking out! Ellie on the other hand kept talking about the "nake"!! I think we have a future vet on our hands!

Pretty Toes...

Ellie had her two year pictures on Saturday. On Friday night, I wanted to paint her toes. I sat her on the coffee table and painted her toes! She was so funny! She was so prissy! She kept laughing and looking at her toes! We definitely have a girly girl on our hands. I told her to be careful. She walked around the house with her toes in the air! Too cute!
I will post the info on her pictures as soon as they are up. I took her to Target this time. They are supposed to be on-line by next Friday.

Ellie loves the dogs

Ellie loves Skyler and Kaos. She spends every afternoon playing with them outside. She loves to give them hugs. Kaos will let her, but Skyler typically runs the other way.
For a couple of weeks, when Ellie was outside with the dogs, they would start fighting. We weren't sure what the problems was. The vet seemed to think that it was Skyler in heat. Knock on wood, they have not fought in about two weeks.

First Time at the Lake...this season

We took the boat out for the first time last weekend. We had a great time. It was overcast, but it was nice. The water was freezing...Ellie didn't care though. She loves water no matter the temperature.
Last year when we would drive around, Ellie would fall asleep within 5 or so minutes. This time she managed to stay awake. We are ready for the weather to stay warm and no rain.
Lake Lanier is still down a lot. All of the sand that you see in the above picture should be covered by water. I think the lake is still down 12 or so feet. There were some bridges that you can't go under because there is little or no water underneath.

Mother's Day

We spent Friday night with the Fellers' for Mother's Day. We had a wonderful dinner, and Ellie got to play with Haedyn, her cousin.

We spent Saturday morning with my family! It was the last day that my grandma would be in town. We had a lovely breakfast!!

What has Daddy taught me?

How to stick pretzels up my nose!

This is what Christian teaches her before I get home! Haha!

Mommy's Grandma Comes to Town

After Braxton's birthday party my grandma came into town. We had a nice dinner at my house and then played outside with the kids. I did realize that I dont have any pictures of grandma though! Oops!

Braxton's Birthday Party

Cousin Braxton turned 2! His birthday party was at Jump for Joy! Ellie loves to jump, so it was perfect for her! We all had a blast and were exhausted afterwards!!

Ellie's New Bike

My friend Keri and I drove by a garage sale that was selling this bike. They wanted $5 for it! I had to get it for Ellie. It only needed air in the front tire. Ellie loves it! She hasn't quite figured out how to use the petals. The funny thing is the lady that was selling it said her 4 year old used it! Ellie is not even 2, and it is the perfect size for her!! Ellie is so tall for her age!!

New PJ's

These are pj's that I made for Ellie. There weren't too bad to make. I have had to redo the collar! As you can tell from the top picture, she asked to take them off as soon as I put them on! All that hard work, and she hates them. I made my nephew some pj's to. I will have to get a picture of them.

PJ Day at School

Ellie's cheese face!

It was Week of the Young Child a couple of weeks ago (I know I am behind) at daycare. On Wednesday, it was pajama day and bring your favorite stuffed animal.
